Processing Time 
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (European Union): 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping (European Union): 3–5 business days
  • International: 10–15 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Order Tracking 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
